Noimur Rahman was born in the village of Tungrurchar, in the Magendraganj region of South-West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. He hails from a middle-class family, where his parents instilled strong moral values in him from a very young age. As a child, Noimur was studious and always believed in the importance of hard work. He would often spend long hours studying and doing his homework, determined to excel in his academics. His dedication paid off when he achieved top grades in his classes and consistently ranked first in his school.
Noimur's hard work and dedication reached a pinnacle when he took his class 10th board exams and emerged as the regional topper. His academic achievements brought him great pride, but he remained humble and grounded throughout his successes.
